Also known as Jamaica Education for the Poor Foundation, is a 501(c) non-profit organization that has been promoting six family-themed events in the Washington Metropolitan Area for over 15 years. JEPF Food & Wine Festivals are known for providing safe and family-centric experiences. Our festivals attract clients of all ages and middle-income families and are held at the Prince William County Fairground in Manassas, VA, and Howard County Fairground in Howard County.

Over the years, we have featured renowned Reggae acts such as JOHN HOLT, YELLOWMAN, MARCIA GRIFFITHS, LEROY SIBBLIS, KEN BOOTHE, TANYA STEPHENS, TIGER, EVERTON BLENDER, SINGING MELODY, MIKEY SPICE, JOSEY WALES, RAS SLICK, DA REAL STORM, LADY FLAME, MONSOON, and TURBULENCE.

JEPF is Dedicated to At-Risk-Youth

Our non-profit organization is dedicated to building a leadership training center in Jamaica for at-risk youth. Our team comprises educators and alumni from Howard University, the University of Maryland, and Georgetown University, who work as substitute teachers on a part-time basis at local high schools such as High Point, Roosevelt, and Northwestern High, giving back to our community.
