FARM FEST & WINE “Vendor Details”

Specific Vendor Information:
- Spaces: 10×10 for general vendors, 10×15 for food vendors.
- Setup Requirements: Vendors must provide their own tables, tents, chairs, and cloths. Sales of beverages, THC, or infused products are prohibited. Italian ice, smoothie, ice cream, cakes, and food trucks are not allowed.
Regulations:
- All tents must be fire retardant.
- Tents must be secured with sandbags or weighted plates (minimum of 25lbs per leg); no anchored spikes allowed.
- Food vendors must obtain a food license from Howard County.
- Compliance with local health regulations is required, including a hand wash area with a grey water barrel.
- Food vendors require a Type K fire extinguisher; all other vendors need a Class A fire extinguisher.
Health and Safety:
- Booths will be inspected on the event day by the health department.
- Proper disposal of grease and related products is mandatory to avoid fines.

Check-In Procedures:
- Vendors should arrive one hour before the event starts for setup.
- Show your receipt upon check-in to Ms. Bailey.
- Ensure to pick up your trash before leaving the venue.
No food trucks.
